Note: I don’t have all the Tier 3 mods in the game yet so the gears and mods you see here are subject to change in the future. Please check back for updates when I find better gears and mods to improve this build.

v1.11 (This is the final version because I’m currently farming gears for a different Technomancer build)
Due to the lower ammo refill from v1.01, I’ve changed gears and mods to boost damage for lower ammo consumption. Removed mods: Twins, Splash Boost, Dum-Dum Bullets. Added mods: Rejuvenation (Boost offense and defense power), King Slayer (Lower ammo consumption against Elite), Freezing Boost (Boost damage against enemies afflicted with Freeze). Replaced Cryo Turret with Cold Snap, you may use Blighted Turret instead to boost party damage from Empowering Antenna if you want. Due to the removal of Splash Boost, the total damage will be lowered as a result due to lack of AOE mods but damage is boosted against Elite and survivability is increased from Rejuvenation mod.

Replaced Toxic Lead with Trick Up The Sleeve because when Party Leader (Host) have severe lag (possibly from gaming on Wi-Fi, bad internet connection, distance lag), Toxic Lead doesn’t refill ammo more than 50% of the time even when party mates are on the other side of the map. I joined a public game and noticed monsters appearing out of nowhere as if they are teleporting (Lag). When I shoot directly at them, their HP doesn’t decrease (Lag). When they are killed with no party mates nearby, my ammo does not refill from Toxic Lead (Lag). I switched to Trick Up The Sleeve and played with the same Party Leader with the severe lag and my ammo refill improved significantly. My suggestion is that if your internet is solid, you are gaming on ethernet and you are the Party Leader (Host) then Toxic Lead is perfectly fine. Otherwise, use Trick Up The Sleeve if you are joining other people’s game. As a result of the mod change, the ammo refill per kill has decreased to 67 from 90 but ammo refill consistency has improved significantly during multiplayer with severe lag from party mates.

Welcome Outriders, you have found one of the best Technomancer build for both solo and full party to clear T15 Expeditions.
I’ve tried various “Best Technomancer Build” or “Highest Damage Technomancer Build” from google and youtube and failed miserably because I enjoy playing in a party and dislike solo play but the monsters are way stronger with alot more HP in a full party. I often find myself running out of Blighted Rounds and end up dying and I always have to avoid shooting at the Elites to prevent Blighted Rounds from running out. I would often stare at my Blighted Rounds ammo instead of focusing on killing enemies. I was so bad that I got kicked out of the party because my damage was the lowest with the highest death counts. I felt like a loser and almost gave up on Technomancer and wanted to start a Devastator, then the Blighted Rounds Forever build came to the rescue and changed everything. This build is not about having the absolute highest damage per shot, it’s about never run out of Blighted Rounds with only 1 magazine which is why I named it Blighted Rounds Forever. I hope this build will encourage more players to join the party and enjoy the game together as team. I hope to see you all in the game =)
Pros:
- Very high survival and crowd control capabilities, you can clear T15 Expeditions in full party with two Lv40s gear players tagging along so you can help them clear T15 Expeditions.
- Very high damage, usually 2 ~ 7x more damage than other Lv50 gear Technomancer in the same party (This will change when more people start to use this build)
- Bad aim/nearsightedness and beginner friendly, if you have bad aim like me, you will love this build because you can shoot all you want without worrying about running out of Blighted Rounds so you can enjoy the game instead of trying to aim for headshot. That means you don’t have to avoid shooting Blighted Rounds at Elites and Bosses anymore in full party T15 Expeditions.
- You don’t need Spare Mag mod for this build so you can use more damage mod. You will never run out of Blighted Rounds in a full party T15 Expedition except for the following scenarios:
a) You accidentally pressed Q (Swap Weapons) or R (Reload), I highly recommend you to change Swap Weapons from Q to something else because it’s right next to A and W.
b) You died. You won’t die often with this build because you will kill enemies quickly before they kill you most of the time, but you don’t have God Mode so you will die sometimes =)
c) You are fighting the Eye of the Storm boss and the Rift kill doesn’t give you any ammo (tested on both Toxic Lead and Trick Up The Sleeve) or when Toxic Lead gets buggy in party and you didn’t get ammo. In these rare cases, you just have to switch to Secondary with Toxic mod for 49 seconds during the cool down. - Easy to shoot at enemies because you will be freezing them and aimimg down sights by holding both left and right mouse buttons while firing (Required for Sharp Eye mod damage bonus).
Cons:
You are not a Devastator; therefore, you still have to kite around to survive so I highly recommend you turn on Double Press To Roll under Controls to make it easier for you to kite.

Skills:
- Blighted Rounds, this is your main attack skill and the majority of your damage source.
- Fixing Wave, this is the emergency potion to keep you alive because if you die then you can’t use Blighted Rounds for 49 seconds. You might encounter Technomancer that could do a little more damage than you but they will die more often without this skill.
- Cold Snap/Blighted Turret, Cold Snap if you prefer a second panic button besides Fixing Wave for better crowd control. Blighted Turret if you prefer party damage buff from Empowering Antenna.
Gears and Mods (the secret sauce, this could work as a Twisted Rounds Forever build for Trickster but I don’t have a Trickster yet to confirm):
If you don’t have some of the Tier 3 mods yet, you can use the lower tier mods of the same type until you get the higher ones.
Primary Weapon is Epic Light Machinegun with the following:
- Crit Damage, Long Range Damage, Close Range Damage.
- Suppressing Variant for 150 Clip size. You will have total of 225 Clip size due to UT-14 Clips from the Class tree (Increase magazine size by 50%). With Trick Up The Sleeve, you will get 67 clips per kill making Spare Mag mod unnecessary and you can keep shooting until everything is dead without running out of Blighted Rounds even if you have bad aims like me.
- Improved Freezing Bullets for crowd control, easy aim and more damage mods from Frozen enemies. When the enemy is frozen, it’s easy to shoot at them and they can’t attack you.
- Killing Spree for more damage after kill. Let me explain why so you will understand rest of the mods later. This build can kill very quick and more damage after kill mods gives you that guaranteed feeling of power after each kill vs other builds that suggest mods that gives you more damage after each critical hit which happens randomly.
Secondary Weapon is Absolute Zero Legendary Assault Rifle with the following (this weapon is not important because you will only use it for a short time and you rarely need it):
- Ultimate Freezing Bullets for crowd control, easy aim and more damage mods from Frozen ememies.
- Ultimate Toxic Bullets, to apply Toxic when your Blighted Rounds is on cool down so you still get all the damage bonus from Toxic related mods.
Side Arm is anything you want because you never need to use it.
Headgear is Epic with the following:
- Bonus Firepower, Close Range Damage, Long Range Damage.
- King Slayer for more damage against Elites so you can shoot them down like trash mobs.
- Rejuvenation to boost offense and defense power for enhanced survivability.
Upper Armor is Epic with the following:
- Bonus Firepower, Close Range Damage, Long Range Damage.
- Radical Therapy for more damage against enemies afflicted by Toxic.
- Bloodlust for more damage after kill.
Lower Armor is Borealis Monarch with the following:
Note: According to the in game text, 3 pieces of the Borealis Monarch set is suppose to increase damage on Frozen enemies by 90% but players say it doesn’t work so hopefully it gets fixed? Don’t worry, you will have massive damage regardless.
- Captain Hunter for more damage against Elites so you can shoot them down like trash mobs.
- Freezing Boost for more damage against enemies afflicted with Freeze.
Gloves is Borealis Monarch with the following:
- Shatter for more damage against enemies afflicted by Freeze.
- Euthaniser for more damage against enemies afflicted by Toxic.
Footgear is Boots of the Borealis Monarch with the following:
- Sharp Eye for more damage after kill while aiming down sights which impproves your aiming.
- Trick Up The Sleeve to replenish 67 ammo after kill. This is the only ammo mod you need for this build so you can use more damage mod. (Ammo after kill mods don’t work against Rifts during Eye of the Storm boss fight.)
